I have known this artist for a while. She has been quoted as saying… “I like to paint as a

bird sings” ...which is a very poetic way of saying that she flows with creativity and does not
seek to contrive her art in any shape of form. painters Tubes have been admiring Jill’s work
for quite some time and it was a delight to see the work published in the special landscape
feature early last year. Her work is always rather beautiful which is why Jill is one of the
leading landscape painters. Honest, sincere as well as being informative and precise.

I do hope to work with Jill again in the future as the Landscape genré is always something
I return to and report on the continuing development of it as we travel further into a new

century of painting and utilise the exciting new mediums and synthetic pigments.
