This painter is fairly new to painting although from the quality of the work you really
wouldn’t think so. There is no doubt that the artist will develop further from this
realism to perhaps more open brushwork. However the images shown in this show
give a taste of what’s to come from Karl’s hand. The compositions are very well
handled and there is no doubt an inspiration gained from Degas.
The natural talent that the artist is demonstrating provides a hint to professionals,
galleries and art collectors that this is an artist to watch out for in the future.
